My therapy style is warm and supportive. In the therapeutic space, we can explore and better understand aspects of your identity, address family dynamics and interpersonal concerns, adjust to life transitions, improve your ability to cope with life's stressors, navigate professional challenges, alleviate distressing psychological symptoms - all in service of helping you become a more authentic and connected version of yourself.
I offer individual therapy services to adults in Maryland via telehealth. Therapy sessions via telehealth use a secure video conferencing platform for appointments. A secure online platform is used for messaging and other therapy-related interactions.
